Examples of procedures


Some examples of clinical cases are presented in this section. The objective is to show the great versatility of CVDentus tips. It is used in simple caries and old restoration removal. It is also used in complex procedures, as in sinus lift surgery. Each case is shown by representative photos or movies.

Occlusal caries in young tooth removed without anesthesia. Even though young teeth have higher pain sensitivity, the use of anesthesia is dispesable with excellent acceptance by patients.

Difficult access caries are very common. The CVDentus tips greatly facilitate access. The lesions are treated individually, with precision and without the risk of damaging nearby structures.

The removal of gingival stains is performed with great success also in pediatrics. The procedure is the same as in adult treatment. For young patients a topic anesthetic may be used.

This case has been accompanied for a long period and the stains did not return, as shown after one year in the photo at right.
