The FOB USP has clinic for ultrasonic dentistry

The School of Dentistry of Baurú (FOB USP), one of the most prestigious of the whole Latin America, equipped the Dentistry Clinic (see pictures) with 25 ultrasound equipments, of several brands. This makes possible the effective use of the ultrasonic CVDentus tips by the future dentists.  
 
This new technology, allows dental treatments to be accomplished without the traditional tension that accompanies most of the patients, even when anesthetized. 
 
Since January of 2007 the innovation benefits as much students of FOB as the population that uses the services of this clinic. Graduate and undergraduate students of FOB already have the practice of the ultrasonic dentistry in their academic curriculum. This enables them to offer this great innovation to their patients, making available  a larger comfort during the treatment.  
 
The clinic of ultrasonic dentistry of FOB USP was created under Prof. Dr. Eduardo Batista Franco coordination with collaboration of the teachers' of the Departmento de Dentística of FOB/USP team.

In the new odontopediatric clinic the children substitute the fear for the smile

The teachers Dra. Lourdes dos Santos Pinto and Dra. Rita Cordeiro introduced the CVDentus tips in the odontopediatrics clinic, linked to Graduate Program in Dentistry Science of the School of Dentistry of Araraquara (UNESP). They already formed several masters in dentistry, with research that contributed for the evolution of the studies of the  CVDentus tips. 

Undoubtedly, the largest contribution of their studies is in the application of the CVDentus tips in practice, for the pediatric patient's conditioning, with the verification that the acceptance of the treatment by the child is much better when the CVDentus tips is used in ultrasound equipments.
